Glowtris is provided as a free, browser-based game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may:

• Play the game for personal enjoyment.
• Share your score using the built-in share feature.
• Install the PWA on your device for offline or home-screen access.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the game code without permission.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to manipulate leaderboard scores.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the game servers or leaderboard service.
• Use the game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The online leaderboard is provided as a community feature. By submitting a score you confirm the display name and score are genuine. We reserve the right to remove any entry that appears to be the result of cheating, automation, or abuse — without notice.

Leaderboard display names must not contain offensive, hateful, or illegal content. We may remove or modify any such name at our discretion.

All game assets, code, audio, and visual design of Glowtris are the property of the developer. The name Glowtris and associated branding are proprietary.

The game uses Google Fonts (Orbitron, Material Icons Round) under the SIL Open Font License and Apache License respectively.

Glowtris is offered completely free of charge and is proudly 100% ad-free. You are not required to pay or watch advertisements to access any core part of the game.

Voluntary financial contributions (patronage) can be made through authorized donation links (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee). Such contributions are strictly voluntary, non-refundable, and do not purchase any exclusive gameplay advantages, ownership rights, or guarantees of future game service.

We do not guarantee that the game will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of Glowtris is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Glowtris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the game, including but not limited to lost data, lost scores, or interruption of service.

Your use of Glowtris is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
